Timothy Hawthorne
Pastor Tim Hawthorne is the Pastor along with his wife of Flame of Fire Ministries Covenant Church. A house of refuge; a place of safety for those who are broken hearted, and heavy laden, and to restore the foundation of marriage, family, unity and relationship.
Before answering the call to birth FOFMCC, Pastor Tim served as an ordained Elder of Overflow Ministries Covenant Church under the leadership of spiritual parents Apostle Bennie & Pastor Delores Fluellen and Pastor Michael Rucker. While there he served as a Ministry Director of Facilities, the Man-Up Men’s Ministry and worked along side his wife to spearhead Covenant Keepers ministry for married couples.
Pastor Tim was licensed as a minister at Harac Parech Ministries for the World, under Pastors Norman and Pamela Dock. He served as the facilitator for the Men’s ministry, Sunday School and Bible class Teacher and assisted with the Outreach and Jail Ministry.
Pastor Tim’s passion is equipping men to walk in their purpose. 2 Corinthians 5:17 proclaims ‘Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new.’
Pastor Tim and Pastor Renee’ have 8 children, 12 grand children and one great grandchild. Together they proclaim the Good News as they operate in the Spirit of Excellence.
